Refund policy

At our store, you have up to 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product back, either to the supplier's warehouse or to the address we will provide via email once the process has started.

• To request a refund, please write to us at onlinestore@clicmenow.com indicating your order number and attaching photos of the product.

• Once the product is received and verified, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.
